I called the day before and asked for an appointment. The phone was answered rudely and when I described what my daughter wanted done they all the sudden only took walk ins. Came the next day and was told I had to make an appointment. I'm beyond livid. I know their damn policy didn't change over night. After today I will never use a cost cutters ANYWHERE.
They set inside ON THEIR PHONES, with the lights off. AND IT WASN’T EVEN 7PM YET!! THEY HAD 15 MINUTES TO GO.
Not impressed!! They cut my sons hair in 5 minutes and didn’t even act like they cared if they did a good job. Sides were uneven and didn’t even blend his his sides into the top!! Shaved it to the top and left the top long. Not very professional!! Would not go here again even if the were only charging 1 dollar for a haircut!!
My stylist Brandi. She has cut my hair for the past 2 years and I have loved it every time. When she was ill I had another stylist, Tonya, cut my hair and she did a great job too. I send my husband ,son and grandson there as well. Been very satisfied every time
I went there today Saturday March 7, so my daughter and I could get a haircut, I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she butchered my hair, i have never had this short of hair in my life, there is no way you can fix it because it is to short, she cut all my blonde highlights with it, I am a single parent and will not be able to put more highlights into my hair, I want to put a bag over my head when I leave my house, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN , I WILL WARN PEOPLE NOT TO GO THERE EVEN IF ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE, thanks for ruining my hair and how I feel about myself!!!!!!!
