Extension fell out. My appointment was at 12:00. After a text and a call prior to to get it put back in, I contacted salon FB page, got response. Ended up waiting 30 minutes. I feel when a client is told 12:00, appointment should be 12:00.nnI'd rather just have a more realistic time of when appointment will actually be rather than sit and 20 to 30 minutes prior to my hair appointments. Hairstylist is excellent but,always seems to be a lengthy wait prior to appointments.
