This is a great place to train Taekwondo. The instructors are amazing and the routines and work outs are properly designed to not be strenuous but specifically helping certain areas of the body. If you work out here you are going to get stronger, faster, more flexible and your going to have fun!
I love this program. My son just started at it is the highlight of his day!
Never been there
The Dallens are great instructors and make working out fun. I love the self defense we learn.
