Brought my Mustang in for a Deferential Leak and Radiator Leak, Michael was super nice to let me know step by step what was the process going to be check the leaks ..He called me back and stated he can have it ready the NEXT DAY and that was exactly what happened. My car was up and running, they fixed my leaks and changed my Radiator and they did have it ready the NEXT DAY! I am very satisfied with the job the guys did and will definitely recommend my family & friends :)

What happens when you bring your vehicle to Great western to get your transmission fixed? Well they do the work not right the first time then a week later you get it thought to be the correct way then they take the car out and blow the bottom end on your car don't tell you and when you ask about it they hang up on you multiple times then after telling you to get a lawyer sounds like a great business! Good thing the vehicle wasn't put under my name either!
Called to get an estomate to do some work on my trick, a gentlemam named Michael answered was rather hard to get a word in with him. I wasnt able to determine if he had finished his sentence or not. When i would go to ask a follow-up qiestion he would cut me off. Then he randomly hung up on me. I will not be going through this company for anything nor will I ever reccomend them to any of my friends or family. Poor attitude and poor customer service. -3/10
Mike and the team are absolutely amazing. Very courteous and very dependable. and you can actually trust these guys!I won't take my vehicles any where else.thanks for all you do mike and Reed.
