***A COMPANY THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS***nYesterday I had posted a complaint about my service experience at Jensen Imports. Today I received a call first thing in the morning from Eric calling to talk about my experience to understand what happened and how to make things right. He was sincere in his call and spent time with me on the phone actively listening to my concerns. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers! I have NEVER had someone reach out to me about a negative review and try to make things right. Absolutely amazing!! Good guys, good company. Thank you so much!!

7 days ago I purchased a CX-5 from Jensen Auto. What a fantastic, easy experience! (Not used to that with a car deal) Not only do I LOVE the vehicle, I Love the people that work there. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help in whatever way was needed. Kari Ann was extremely professional and was able to get me all the accessories that I wanted and still stay within my budget! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jensen Auto to anyone in search of a new, used or antique vehicle.

My wife and I just bought a 2021 Forrester. This is the first time in my life that I have found the entire experience of buying a vehicle fun. It was wonderful! The sales lady (I don't know if we are allowed to say names here) was amazing. We were very well taken care of. I could not have had an experience this good anywhere else.nI had recall work done on my Mazda. The folks here were very friendly and went out of their way to take care of me. Our other car is a Subaru. Jensen is a dealer for both Mazda and Sabaru. This is my go to place from here on in.

Went in to upgrade to a nicer vehicle. The staff was super friendly and helpful for me to find the vehicle that had all the bells and whistles I was wanting. Gave me a great price for my trade in vehicle. Made the whole purchase easy and painless. If ever in the market for another vehicle will definitely go to them again.

Very friendly staff that worked tirelessly to get us a loan with less than stellar credit. They were knowledge, helpful, and respectful. Will definitely be going back the next time we need a vehicle.
