We bought our Forester at Jensen in 2014. Their service department has went above and beyond for us. Very Impressive. Angie is the best.nWe just returned and bought another car. Wanda helped us to find just the right car. Very patient and helpful. Mr Jensen runs an excellent dealership.

My wife and I are long time subaru owners. I have said it before, I'll say it again, Jensen Subaru has an outstanding service department and we just bought a 2021 Forester from them ( Subaru #4 for us). They made our purchase experience very pleasurable. It went smooth and the lovely lady in sales went way above and beyond. Jensen Subaru will always be my number one choice for buying vehicles and for service.

Fantastic. Was recently driving from Missouri to Montana when various dash lights came on my Outback around 5:15pm. Pulled off the highway and called Jensen. Even though their service dept had just closed Angie was fantastic and immediately brought me in the garage and found a few technicians to take a look. In 15 minutes they had it all figured out. Can’t thank them enough. They clearly went the extra mile for me.

I am in the area visiting from Nederland Colorado. On my way back to Nebraska, the check engine light came on in my Subaru forrester. And I was very concerned. I contacted Jensen subaru. Who even though were booked and very busy that day. Made the effort to get me in quickly and check the codes for my check engine light. Hats off to Nolan was extremely professional helpful kind and was able to check everything out to ensure our trip back to Colorado was going to be a safe one. We couldn’t be more pleased. The dealership made us feel Safe and confident and amazingly treated. Thank you Nolan and the entire group at Jensen Subara. We are grateful!!!

Stopped by Subaru this afternoon to see if they could do an oil change. The service people are so nice. They said they could do the oil change while I waited. They even allow you to bring in pets. The experience was great, l had my little dog Annie with me and she was seen by almost every one that was there. Thanks Subaru for being so nice to me and Annie. You made my day and Annie's too!
