Donny, Brandy and Matt were all great, made the car buying experience of a new car simple easy to understand and I felt like went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the process. Will never buy anywhere else.

I worked with Kyle Siefker on my recent purchase from Jensen VW. Kyle was knowledgeable about the different vehicles I looked at and he was not overbearing about making a sale. I told him what I wanted to do and I explained what I thought was fair. He shared his thoughts and then brought it to his manager. I would avoid working with Kari at Jensen at one point she tried to get involved and attempted to exert a false sense of urgency about the matter. Because of that I went home without a deal that night, however the next day I talked with Kyle again directly by phone - we hammered out the final details of the deal and he arranged to have the car delivered to my door (1 hour and 1/2 away). I would recommend the dealership - I just hope their general modus operandi is sales staff like Kyle, rather than high pressure emotional appeals. I look forward to working with Kyle again!

The service provided by our salesman Harry was top notch at Jensen Subaru. The staff at Subaru was polite and friendly. The facility was bright and clean.
