Do not use Fremont RV Center. We had our RV in back in December to fix a number of things including the battery relay system and the generator. They never reached out to give a quote before going ahead to start the work, which is illegal according to NE mechanic regulations. After days of not hearing from the mechanic, we reached out ourselves, and they handed us a bill. They were tremendously rude to us on the phone and claiming they never needed to run anything past us, while also playing the blame game and calling us inappropriate names. Less than 2 months later we took the RV in for a check up after a cross country trip, turns out they never really fixed the issue and we ended up having an amazing mechanical in AZ do the job correctly, efficiently, with ample communication. If I were anyone, I would stand clear of Fremont RV :)

My wife and I have been trying to shop local whenever possible especially since covid-19. Happening. We have shopped here before and have always had good experiences. We wanted to spruce up an RV and I was getting to some small repairs that have needed to be done and I went there just to see if they might have the parts. The lady at the front desk was able to find all the parts I needed and I did not give very good descriptions of them she was very pleasant to deal with and on top of that in their store they had other parts cheaper than what I've been seeing online so I went ahead and grabbed everything I needed for the camper. In between the selection the knowledge and the staff's attitude I definitely give this place five stars and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Found all the hard to get parts I needed for my Vintage RV. I am able to order anything & everything else I need for the future projects. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful attitude. Spoke with a Technician that was obviously experienced in all your RV needs. If I didn't do my own work, I wouldn't hesitate to have all my sevice needs completed here. Real Deal Experts.!! We purchased a 2015 Coleman Lantern that was in great condition! They even came in on a day that they are closed to help us out. We purchased the camper in January I believe. About a month ago when we went to de winterize, we noticed a water leak from the hot water tank. We called, took it back up there and they fixed it right up. It was quick, easy and the camper works wonderfully now. We couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Fremont RV. Great customer service, friendly owners and quality campers. Thank you!!
