Incredibly friendly and knowledgable service technician was able to locate the problem, overnighted the necessary part, and had my vehicle ready for pick up the next morning (all for a very fair price!!) I own a 2008 Audi, ac not working. Went to them after multiple people saying good things and also reviews were great as well as prices. Front lady was amazing and still is. The gentlemen working on my car is something completely different but I'll get to that. I did pinpoint that the ac was leaking somewhere on the system through my own testing but wanted to pinpoint it so I was willing to pay for that knowledge to either fix it myself or pay them to do it because I believe in small businesses seeing as I work in one. Was told when I got there after being told it was condenser that had a leak but the mechanic said he didnt pinpoint it because it would have take over TWO hours to take a bumper off, are you JOKING ME??!!? But if I would have answered immediately he would have done so when I called 15 mins later and was told condenser by the lovely lady at the desk I took that as what it was. So maybe miscommunication on their part, understandable. I paid $70 to be told I have a leak either condenser or possibly a line near there which I already knew!! So did he do his job? No. Did I waste $70 yes. I really wish Mark would have been there... Telling me it would take TWO HOURS TO TAKE A BUMPER OFF TO ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB. Are you not a shop? Do you not know what it means to pinpoint the location like I'm paying for you to do? So then you could get that sale to keep you in business? What a joker throughly upset and not a happy customer. Thank goodness the front desk lady was nice.

Reasonable prices and good work. Great communication, keeping you informed of what is going on with your vehicle and what they will do to fix it.
