We bought our Equinox from here in August. We test drove it and decided to talk about it that night as this was our first car we would be making payments on. Good thing we talked it over because the next day the engine light was on. They agreed to take care of it which was amazing because come to find out it was the timing chain. They said it was an expensive fix but if we would have bought it the day before we would have been responsible for it. Now the engine has started knocking. I know things go wrong with cars, but the bad stories I've heard about buying cars from lots are coming true. I'll buy elsewhere next time, especially if this car ends up breaking down. I'll update this rating/review after I find out what's wrong with it.

If you want someone to listen to what you want, and not pressure you into something you don't want. Come here. These guys are amazing. I have bought a total of 5 cars from Woodhouse with 4 of them being through Freddy. Definitely recommend.nnNot just the sales staff being amazing, the management is also great. They have helped me out so much. I cannot express how grateful I am.

I have been a Woodhouse customer since 2014. I have never had a bad experience with them they are always friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend going to Woodhouse not only for vehicle purchase but vehicle maintenance as well.

Today I started working with a salesman named Kolby. After wasting my time with numerous texts back-and-forth, he informed me that if I could not close a deal with him today he was not interested in working with me. He definitely gave off very car salesman like vibes! If you’re looking to be treated rudely Woodhouse is the place for you.
