I called ahead of time to get a rough estimate on what I needed done with my car so I could plan ahead money wise ud83dude0c. I got Ernie on the phone very responsive and understanding. Told me to call him back to set up an appointment, which I did. I told him that I really needed everything up to date with my car because I'll be traveling here soon and don't want to run into any issues ud83dude43. I took my car in on Wednesday they made sure to double check what needed to be done with my car and off I went. Ernie gave us a call letting us know they did find an issue on why my temp on my car was acting all funny and apparently the piece that controls it was completely missing. Stated he had to keep my car until the next day because they get their shipment and they can get that picticular piece by Thursday. I was completely fine with that. Let's just say when I picked up my baby she was purring like kitty cat ud83dude06 I mean this a good way. She runs amazing and no issues whatsoever. I'm very pleased that I can trust Woodhouse with my vehicle ud83dude0a! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car.
Helpful, friendly, fast. Leased a jeep a few months ago. Pleased with how helpful they were and their service dept. Went back to purchase a truck and had the same quick low pressure experience.
Very good customer service.nUnfortunately, I spent 500 dollars to fix an issue with my Jeep, the very next morning it continued with the same issues as before. I hope they make this right. Otherwise I just paid for a bunch of stuff that I didn't necessarily need. I will update my review if they take care of the issue.
This was hands down the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. The professionalism they have by far blows the competition out of the water. The care they have to do best by the customers is above and beyond. Definitely will have repeat business!
We purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 on January 19, 2021. Our Salesman was Adam. We told him what we were looking at spending and what we wanted the monthly payments to be at. He did an excellent job in working with us again to get us the fairest/most reasonable price on the truck. If you are looking for a great salesman ask for Adam, we have now worked with him twice.nnWe ended up getting the truck home and realized that it had a couple of issues with it that shouldn't have passed inspection. We brought those issues to Adam's attention and he went straight to the Sales Managers with it. He also took it to the Service manager. At first the service department said that there was nothing wrong with it but Adam was persistent. After going back and forth with them for 2 days, and us sending Adam the video of what was wrong, they ended up agreeing with us as to what was wrong. The service manager called us and asked us to bring the truck back in, and they fixed the issue. They had the truck back to us that evening.nnHad Adam not have been persistent with them, we would be making the repair ourselves. Adam was great to work with and we highly recommend working with him, if you are in the market for a vehicle.
