Bought a 2011 Ford Escape, only 65,000 miles, here on Nov. 27th. Drove it two times to work and back. Wouldn't start on the third day which would have been Dec. 2nd. Only five days after I bought it. The battery is shot; I jumped it a few times and the vehicle started, but it would not hold a charge. Called to see what they would do and they refused to do anything. I would have to pay for the inspection and any parts or labor on it. Clearly I did not run through the battery's entire life span in 5 days. Will never buy from this lot again nor will I use their service department to maintain any of my vehicles.
