Best customer service in the business. Several family and friends have purchased vehicles from them over the years and I've never heard of a bad experience. They stand by their great service after the sale. They make purchasing a very easy process as well. Highly recommend Ideal Wheels.

Excellent service. We found the car on Cargurus & drove 467 miles to get it. The car was exactly as described & Doug was great to work with.

These folks are the worst. They botched a repair job on a family member’s car and ruined the engine - 8k to fix the problem they caused, and they won’t do anything. They recommended adding oil and coolant after they ruined the engine as it constantly leaks, what a solution! The engine is seizing up now because of their incompetence, avoid at all costs, unless you like spending a lot of your hard earned money fixing their incompetence!
