I am leaving this review in regards to your after hours customer service rep MARISSA, we called to cancel my dad’s lost debit card, he is Spanish and English speaking and has a thick accent, she spoke to him so unprofessionally, talked loud and slow to him, kept saying very loudly “can you understand me” , I told her, yes, he is speaking to you and you keep ignoring him, she said “well I can’t understand a damn thing he is saying.” How rude of you to treat your customers this way.
I try to call and ask a question and who ever answered the phone was extremely rude, and couldn't wait to hurry me up off the phone. Great customer service *joke*.
Now I know why there are so many lawsuits filed against this joke of a company. 2017 I'll be doing my financial business at security national.
