Horrible customer service from the gal inside. There was a simple misunderstanding in the part I special ordered and I just wanted call and order the correct one without making the trip. Iwas ridiculed for not telling her exactly what my machine was so she could order the correct part without looking up the serial number that I gave her AT THE SAME TIME. I returned the part and will be going through a different dealer from now on
