My windshield leaked and needed to be repaired right after Sorrel Glass replaced it and the guy tried to tell me the water marks from the new leak were old, even as I was pointing out where all the leaking was coming from. Then he said he would put my vehicle outside that evening so I could pick it up since he wouldn't be there (which I agreed to with no issues) and when I got there to pick it up, all of the doors were locked and my vehicle was locked inside the shop. Save yourself the headache and just call Safelite - the price is about the same.
