Went in with my soccer team after a game and had forgot my mask, when the cashier asked me to put a mask on on-break staff laughed and joked at me. I obviously apologized and put a mask on but all the staff seemed very immature and unprofessional to not only me but other customers as well. Although the food was prompt and correct the staff made my experience very uncomfortable.

I tried to order a Shamrock Shake, but even though there was a sticker saying they had it, the girl told me they didn't sell them anymore. They should probably take down items they no longer have! Incredibly disappointed.

This place has terrible customer service. Ordered an apple fritter with my meal, they had it on the screen at the intercom then we get to the 1st window and pay, go to the next window and realize they forgot the fritter. The manager told the kid working the window to make us go back through the line to get it even though they are the ones who deleted it off our order. So instead of making it up to us for their error they are going to make us wait 20 more minutes in line for something that should have been on our order in the first place. The worse customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's.nOn top of all that the fries were cold and soggy. Ate one fry and threw the rest away. Thats adding insult to injury and I will never be going to this McDonald's again and I will definitely be suggesting to people the same.
