Service was fast and friendly but couldn't answer a lot of questions i had.nCost wasn't that great either for being a single person with the same job for 15yrs only having 1 form to fill out.nnIts seems after they get paid and do your taxes they forget about you, i called back a few day's after my taxes were done and they literally didn't know who i was until they looked me up and called me back 3 day's later! All they kept saying is call the IRS, call the IRS! They never attempted to answer any questions i had after the fact.

I don't like the fact that you charge 25 dollars to have my tax refund mailed to me. I chose to have my refund put on a Emerald card instead.
