I usually never ever have issues with Aladdin’s Pizza. I’ve been ordering from them for 3 plus years. Typically they’re my favorite place to go to. How ever today I ordered my food at 6:28 pm. It’s now going on 8:30pm and my food still has not need delivered. I called at 7:45 asking where my order was and was told “working on it” then the call ended. So I figured okay maybe it’s busy because it’s a Friday. I wait 15 more minutes and get told “it’ll be there 2 minutes, it’ll be there”.....here we are 8:32 and still NO DELIVERY !!nI’m sorry but even if it is a Friday, even if it is busy, I can understand being late for delivery by 30 minutes at best but a whole 2 plus hours to deliver food !!nNEVER AGAIN. ALADDINS JUST LOST MY BUSINESS.nnUpdate : my food didn’t arrive until 9:26 pm and it was ice cold

I use to order from this restaurant very frequently. It was very cost friendly, and it’s usually just me ordering, no group. Now, everything has increased. The prices has gone up, now there’s a delivery fee, and a price minimum for delivery, plus you obviously have to tip the driver. I’m not paying $22 for a burger. I understand some restaurants do this, but I was ordering from this restaurant for a long time because their prices were beautiful, and the food was good. But not anymore.

Was told our 2 sandwiches and mozzarella sticks would take 1 hour. Over 2 hours later we received our food. Ice cold. Will never order again.

i always order a Greek salad with grilled chicken all the time from everywhere and by far this is the best spot so far .... full salad with a lot of chicken ... 5 stars on the salad

Worst Falafel I've ever had. Dry and flavorless. Took it back after 2 bites saying I wanted a refund because it was inedible. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about. Will never return there ever again. Not the way to do business and treat customers.
