I just moved to the area and I’ve been in search for a go to pizza place. After trying other pizzerias In Fall River and being dissatisfied I gave Pizza Time a try. There pizza and calzones are so good I finally found my pizza spot. I’ve ordered 10 time from there already and never had a bad experience. I haven’t had a problem with anything the food is always hot when delivered and it’s quick when on weekends. Costumer service is good they always get my food correct. So if your having a lazy stay in movie night Order from here delivery is great.
Generous amount of toppings, crust is perfect thickness and not doughy at all, sauce has just the right sweetness and tanginess. Only problem is limiting yourself and not overeating.
The house pizza is the bomb! Good grinders! Window pick up.
From the time pizza time opened until the last couple of weeks I told everyone how great they were. Food and service. However I ordered on line last week and wanted the chicken on the side for my salads I ordered 3 total and also a steak tips salad. I got a call a half hour after my order to tell me they had no steak tips and that I would have to pay an additional charge because I wanted the chicken on the side. I was really upset but the girl on the phone said that the owner said to charge us. So I canceled the order especially since it had been a half hour later that they called. So last night I ordered a pizza. So I have ordered from pizza time at least 1 time a week for a long time. I waited an hour. I called to find out about my order and was told that it was cancelled by the owner. Very confused I said why? She said I live too far. Mind you I’ve been ordering from there since they opened. Also I was not called or notified that the order was cancelled. I will not do business with them again which is sad because they use to be a great restaurant.
I really think they have the best pizza in Fall River but there customer honestly suck.
