Beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding. The train noise can be problematic but beautiful none the less
The reflecting pond is a centerpiece of the Riverview Park. It is used for ice-skating in the winter and venue for all sorts of events in the summer. Less than a foot deep the pond and it's fountain draw many local and tourist to enjoy some of the best panoramas of the Lake Cooper basin on the Mississippi River. It is one of the best backdrops for any event. And you can reserve it for an event through the City.
Nice part of the riverfront
Sadly, the pond has been filled with gravel and smells of chemicals.
