Called Mohrfeld when I was in a bit of desperation mode being without power for 10 days due to the Iowa derecho storm. After being given the run around by a local electrician, I reached out to Mohrfeld and they actually came out the same day! I was at work, but they were able to give me an update of when they arrived and when they finished. Greatly appreciate their help during some desperate times of needing the repair before Alliant could even restore my power. Highly recommend.
