Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s unfortunate because we were so excited that a Chipotle opened in New Milford. Upon arrival we waited on a short line to then be told to leave abruptly because the line got longer and apparently they had too many mobile orders simultaneously. We tried to be understanding of a newly opened and proceeded to order on the mobile app. When we picked up our order I had to go back inside to advise that they missed our chips, to be told they don’t have any more. Np, when I asked them to correct the 10 ounces drinks given since we paid for 22 ounce ones, the manager said the ones given were 22 ounces. Had to show google images of a 22 ounce cup to show the difference. Really hope the issues get ironed out and we can expect the normal good service that is expected from both Chipotle and New Milford folks.

Overall, nice, clean, modern atmosphere. Food was very fresh. Only downside was the guacamole in our three bowls was barely there. It seems like they ran out and just made the order with what little they had rather than making some more guac on time. I’ll chalk it up to the store just having opened and once they get in the flow of things stuff like that should be sorted out. They did give some on the side (after they made more) when we asked due to the issue. Again, the food tasted more fresh than at other chipotles I have went to so I’d definitely go again.

The worst!!ud83dude02 They took my mobile order and told me when I drove 35 there! arrived at 9:15 that they stopped taking orders at 8? But close at 10pm. And that u would have to request a refund through the app. Why did you take my money then? I went to taco bell and am out the cost of this food, thanks for nothing.

This was the most poorly run establishment I’ve ever been to. We ordered food hours in advance and I had to sit waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes before I even got a response as to what was happening with our orders. Then, another hour before everything was ready. Manager was totally aloof and didn’t seem to care that his workers were frantically trying to catch up.

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and my order was made perfect. Would for sure go again 10/10 recommend
