Matpainting

If I had the option to give no stars I would. I hired him to paint my new construct. It took a while to get him to start and I was patient. He did a sloppy job. Didn’t follow with the contract , he just slapped on paint. He didn’t fill in nail holes, didn’t caulk patch didn’t do any prep work that he stated in our contract. I spoke to him several times about fixing it and he said he would. But just kept on painting. He said he would finish before the floors where done but for 5 weeks one painter came would come at 11am take an hour break and leave by 3pm, is he even came at all. Promised to use drop cloths they left paint all over my freshly done floors. Even painted the tile on bathrooms.. paint dropped all over the bathroom floors. They came possibly for 3-5? days ( to paint a new construct 4100 square foot). Unfortunately I paid him in advance in hopes to motivate him to just finish the job. I’m out of 20,000 The 10k i paid him plus all the money to his mess. my house looks really bad.
