My kids and I live this little area. Sometimes the water is weird from the boats but it's a nice little secluded spot.
Very beautiful place with great parking and nice boat ramp. Very scenic.
It's a beautiful place. So clean and kept up. The beach area is really nice to have. It has lots of picnic tables at the beach area with grills at each table. I would say there is at least 10 tables. Which means you can go with your children and feel safe knowing your only a few feet away from them as your cooking or sitting at tables. There is also a playground area but it isn't too visible with the beach area as well as a covered area for parties or get togethers. It would be better to have a kids party at the picnic areas rather than the covered area so you can see the children in the water. They also offer free life jackets while you are there. I think its $5 a car. Well worth the trip.
