It was pretty there and relaxing. The park was open so we drove slowly through to look at it. We let the little ones play in the water and they had a blast.
Great swimming spot, pet friendly. Boat ramp they have grills available so bring food to cook out as you sun tan on the lake. Fun spot

Beautiful area but only part of the park is open due to Covid-19.
I come here often since I live in the area, the Army Corp of Engineers does a wonderful job of checking trash cans & restrooms many times a day. Just wish the visitors would do better!!!!nPlease use the trash cans, bring a few Walmart, DG bags with you to discard your trash. This includes cigarette butts, and your baby's diapers. That just disgusting plus harmful to wildlife.nThis should be common sense y'all just need to do better!nPlease and thank you!
