My college age son and his girlfriend came to visit last week and I wanted to take them where his Dad used to go camping as a child. We passed Old Town Creek Park and he had to park. He's a big kid at heart and loved it here. It's a great place for families, they have picnic tables, and just a little further down there are grills to bbq with.nI wound up taking my granddaughters here yesterday who are 5 and 1 and they had the best time ever. We can't wait to go back. The park was very clean and you can tell it's taken care of.

We visited the playground in this beautiful park. It's super fun. They have a tot lot for smaller kids, and a larger structure for older kids. There are also some more modern elements that seem to have been upgrades since the park was originally built. The ground surface is wood chips. The parking is a short walk across the street. There's lots of room for everybody to play and socially distance. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and have kids that want to play.

Very cool little park. Actually, lots for kids to play on, as well as exercise equipment. They have so many picnic tables - I counted at least 50! And a covered pavilion (looked like it had a chimney, so maybe a fireplace?). And the whole park area is off the beaten path, so it's quiet. Also right near the lake separating Georgia & Alabama. I dropped a pin in Maps so we can stop here in the future on our trips to Florida.

Large, clean for the most part and has a large playground. Easy access boat ramps with ample parking for the fisherman.
