Ordered the deluxe seafood platter. Two of them and we are so disappointed. The crab cakes are raw, fish is soggy, no sauce, or silverware. Not the first time this has happened.

The guy taking the order wasn't paying attention at all to what I was saying and asked me to repeat everything I said 4 or 5 times. Then when I got to the window he was in the lobby and asked me again what my order was. Very frustrating. The cashier never apologized or anything. The food was burnt and overcooked. The sweet tea tasted like pure sugar nothing else. Only reason I stopped because my stepson wanted it. Will not make a special trip to this place. Horrible service, horrible food. If I could give it no star or half a star I would not worth a whole star
Me and my family were passing through and wanted to continue our weekly routine by eating Captain D’s and I’m glad we did! Food was delicious and customer service was awesome! On our way back home we’ve already decided where to eat. Thank you!
I am disappointed!!! Your sign says drive thru, carry out or order online. Let's just say CLOSE DOWN!!!! I placed my order online and my order should have been ready at 7:01. It's currently 7:25 and I'm still waiting. The yound lady tells me their computer is down. So what i wanna know is are y'all (Captain D's) gonna compensate me and my family for the unnecessary time spent waiting for food? Just know ill be waiting to hear from someone on this matter! Yes it's 7:30 and still no food!!!
