Zaxby's has delicious food and great people work there but the wait time was a little long. I would still go back I definitely give them four out of five, and the restrooms are clean, that's always a plus. hand sanitizer out for guests. Very nice.
First time @ Zaxby's. I must say the chicken was delicious! Chicken sandwich & fingers were delicious. Although they were out of traditional wings. Batter is crunchy & delish!
The unsweetened tea is sweet! After giving it back, the employees all tasted the tea vat marked unsweet and shrugged their shoulders. I was given a new tea from same vat and employee said it wasn’t as sweet as the sweet tea. I gave up, I just won’t order tea there again. In addition no utensils were provided and the additional amount of Ranch dressing I requested was not provided. The employees are nice but they need to pay more attention to details.
Slowest place EVER! We were the 1st car in the drive-thru when they opened & still had to wait 30 minutes! Our drinks sat in window poured the entire time melting. No one once said there was a delay or an issue, we tried multiple times to get someone's attention but they wouldn't come to window. We finally got someone's attention & asked how much longer, she said she didn't know, I asked her to please check. She came back & said they just dropped it in the fryer, shouldnt be long, 30 min total, finally got food but never an apology.
bMy sister & i went on sayurday after lunchtime,This zaxbys was soo slow!
