I had originally planned on using another company to rent an SUV only because I had used them before, and was booked for a compact car. I was in a huge bind and found what I needed from Hertz the day I needed it! The gentleman was courteous and very helpful!

Sue helped me get switched from Avis so I could get those sweet sweet reward points from IHG! And I got upgraded! If you're coming for a course at Rucker, get Hertz.
