This place keeps improving. It’s better every time I come here. There are some nice camping spots with fire rings. There are a few nice ponds but many areas of the park are very swampy. You can watch the planes land from the nearby airport. There’s a historic bridge in the park and the second bridge going up right now. Nice place to take a walk close to town.
Love it because of how quiet it is. There several trails you can explore and picnic tables with fire pits in different spots. There is a beautiful porch swing overlooking the pond as well. Dogs are welcome. No play equipment, just nature for your kids to run around in.
I didn't know how big it was or how cool it was and all the awesome foot bridges
We love Van De Graaf. Always so fun and pretty. We really wish they would fix some of the smaller bridges that used to be on the property.
This is a nice park. They are adding a new bridge wich will make it easier to get around in the park.
