Physical Therapy here after my rotator cuff surgery. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. They work you hard but that's how you recover.nVery professional in a laid back way. Some of the staff are very rude to people with hearing disabilities and special needs. Not very attentive. Some will belittle the patients if they can't do the exercises. They are not a friendly and welcoming staff. Very standoffish. They cater to certain people. They are not very good at communicating to patients with hearing disabilities. All it takes is a pen and piece of paper.
