Great place to work out!
I worked with Richard from late 2015 throughout most of 2016 and he really helped and pushed me to get healthy and in shape. I went from 335 to 283 during that time period and I could really see my hard work paying off. The gym is a clean family friendly place with an emphasis on teamwork, comradarie, and pushing yourself to be better. The atmosphere felt like being with family and Richard will help you reach your goals anyway he can. He may also help you realize a few new ones for yourself as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a quality workout in a friendly place.
