Terrible. Apparently someone left the door open when it should have been locked. When I came in at 745 pm my reception was an employee yelling about the door being unlocked and then explaining to me they had to get everybody in the drive thru taken care of before they could take my order. Awful customer service. Left without ordering.
The people play to much at window manger have very nasty attitudes at night miss putting cheese on my order but i paid for it
Stayed in line over 30 minutes after paying for food and it was cold.
I normally don't have any issues with my actual food (not without effort though), but today I guess they just didn't want to serve people in the drive thru. No one ever spoke to myself or the car in front of me so we both just left. I'd love to say they had issues with their headset or something but I feel pretty certain they just didnt wanna take orders yet.
10 minutes at the drive thru is entirely too long. Line backed up into the highway. No idea if they have management or not but this is complete incompetence. Avoid if at all possible.
