I drive a truck. I get it. You don’t care. Your dining room is still closed. It’s almost April 2021. Your dining room is still closed. Lazy employees have benefited greatly from this plandemic. I try to walk through your drive through. Nope. And no one at the window. Get a grip Captain.

While working out of town me and co-workers eat this store 3 times one week and 2the next week ...the food was fresh and good..the workers were awesome...they had clean dinning area fast service and continue to come around checking if everything was good and if we needed anything...there were 2 young girls wish I would of got there names but you would of thought they were server's not cashier's. And when I had issue at my job and was waiting for my ride that would take 4hours I choose to go to this store get a bit cause good food and service and was outside after eating and those same girls continue for hours to come out and check on me ...I just thought everyone should know that I felt safe and was treated like royalty at a captain d's in demopolis alabama ..and that the cashier's at this store are awesome and deserve to be recognized for excellent service...

Whenever I get bad service or bad food always complaint today I had excellent food and excellent service from Captain D’s I was in about 130 1 o’clock in the afternoon, my two sons and myself . we ordered two meals plus a kids meal and when I say I don’t have a complaint I have no complaints thank you all for your Excellent service and food be blessed

Refried fries, old fish, missing sides. Long drive thru time and manager couldn't get order right after repeating 4 times. Then we get to wait more because they didn't have order correct. While waiting noticed sons cheese sticks missing after all her mistakes... she had the gall to ask me for my receipt to make sure I paid for them. Finally when the rest of my order came... they forgot to cook something else to complete on my order. I just left.

First time eating at the Demopolis Captain D's, and I will say that me and my family all talked about how high the quality was of the food that we had, among the best captain d's I've had
