We ordered a whopper add bacon there was no bacon and the tomato looked mangled. I tried calling to let them know for half an hour and nobody would answer then they closed. We went back two nights later and ordered 2 whopper combos with sweet tea and Dr. Pepper we were given 2 cokes. They need to pay better attention.
Everything is just OK. My burgers, looked nothing like the picture, but it was late in the day and it was the meal I was able to get,so I ate it.
Food is decently cooked. Line always takes forever. And was not happy when they weren't accepting anything but cash.
I made an order through the BK app and was unable to pick it up due to car issues. I called and whoever I spoke to, said they could not help me or cancel the order. However, the least they could have done was refund me or gift card or something. I wasted $11.00 for nothing. Don’t order through the app. It’s pretty sad they got my money for free and I don’t get any food and someone else did for free. I’m not really sure how that’s right but I will be looking more into this to figure out how to get my money back or atleast the food I never got. I have called BK customer service and told them about my poor service. Atleast they were nice, but it’s clear this restaurant doesn’t care about their customers.
Ordered in drive through I ordered 6 double cheese burger. Paid for them as well only received 3. Called to ask about my remaining burgers. They were very rude.
