I started here for the beginning of kickboxing 8 months ago & couldn't be happier with how much it turned my life around. Making better habits for myself, amazing ladies & gentlemen to get fit with. Then my 5 year old son started Taekwondo in Feb and he's obsessed with it. Great dedication and behavior. He's always finding things he can do to earn his stars for class which is a plus for mommy. The instructors and owners go above and beyond for their students.
Instructors are so great with my kids it a good family environment
