Walgreens

I have been with Walgreens for years. This was my first visit to this location. I called ahead and was told my meds were ready. But when I got there the wait was over an hour. The pharmacy said they were getting authorization for brand coverage on one. Walgreens fixes any errors and makes followup courtesy calls. I am staying.ud83dude0a

The staff in walgreens is wonderful, in Semmes, Al.

Also a Fedex drop-off location!

They need new staff members working in the pharmacy cause clearly they don't know what their doing made me wait 5 days for something I could have purchased over the counter kept telling me it had to be special ordered they never even called I had to call daily to check I will stay with CVS .

The staff took extra time to tell me about additional options that may help save me money!
