In my situation I had to leave my vehicle unattended. The guy from the tow service was not friendly. Was told someone would have my vehicle picked up within 30 minutes and I would be notified. 4 hours later I was still not notified of any updates. My insurance company had to call them multiple times before someone answered. I would not recommend this company unless it’s your only road side service option!
