Excelente customer service. I needed rebalance my car tires during a road trip, they did a good job, thank you guys.
My daughter had her car serviced there and they lost the transmission dip stick so when it ran out of transmission fluid we tried to check it and it was missing went back to them and they said they did not even know where it was to check it so it was not them that lost it !!!!!!! Someone needs a new job
They broke my oil dip stick and didn't reset my check engine light.
Great customer service, fast, in opinion. I had an oil change, four new tires, and new windshield wipers installed as I. on My Honor I came in at 5 in the afternoon and was out by 6 with groceries and all services perfectly performed by wonderful team in the tire lube express center of Walmart thank you for your great service!
Time management isn't a concern here. Got there at 8:30 waited almost 20 minutes to be serviced and pulled into the lot. 2 hours later with only 2 cars ahead of mine, my car finally has an OIL CHANGE done. Meanwhile, my car had been finished before the 2 hours progressed but people proceeded to walk around, take their sweet time, talk with other coworkers, and work on the car behind mine. Instead of taking up time and space, my car could have been pulled out the garage and parked allowing me to pay and leave while the next car could get serviced.
