Staff members refused to order awards for me that were not in stock. And then told me if they could order anything for me to just let them know. Very confusing. Sorry for trying to inconvenience you Adele. I will buy everything online from now on to make your life easier.
This location has unfair hiring practices. I plan to write to corporate to make them aware of how they continue to solicit for employees and have yet to hire individuals or interview them even after being overqualified for the job. Do not post a job opening unless you are ready to hire.
They need to pay more attention to the line at the register. I saw several employees walking around with at list 12 people in line at the register. They always have only one register open. We ended up leaving because the line wasn't moving.
We have found the USCG Exchange at USCG Aviation Center in Mobile staff very friendly and accommodating.They have a great selection of products including men, Women's and children's clothing, uniforms, women's assessories, jewelry, outdoor items, furniture, sporting good, electronics, and personal care items. They also have a large selection of alcoholic beverages and a limited supply of grocery items. It is a great place to shop for the active military and the retired military personnel..
