I had an issue with one of my bank cards not working then one month, two customer service reps., and two branches later still not resolved. Afterwards, I visited Regions branch in Semmes which has the most friendly & hard working staff I’ve seen a while my problem was resolved in no time. I am very pleased with the service, staff, and outcome. I’ve made this my go to bank. Thanks Ms. Pam & staff.

I make my work deposits there everyday, and for the most part the tellers are nice, There is one condescending lady with long brown hair that always has some kind of issue, I’m assuming she hates her job, or maybe its just me. Tried to call the branch but could not get them on the phone. If there was another bank around I would go to it. Unfortunately I have to use it for my company. I guess I will suffer
Everyone is very helpful I have my 2 special ladies, who go out of their way to help me solve a problem or to help me with a mistake that was of my own making. I would never bank anywhere else! I use the Regions on Moffett Road in Semmes by the Post Office, easy in and out, if Hwy. 98 is busy I can exit between the bank and the Post Office and go right at the next street and and another right at the end of the block and I come out at the red light between CVS and Walgreens, convenient to avoid traffic.
