The location in semmes has nice professional employees. Establishment is clean. My taxes for the past two years have been done in a timely manner. However this year I have had a few questions that no one seems to know an answer to. I can't fully blame the employees because with the rona messing everything up I would imagine it's different this year compared to previous years. Therefore I don't blame h&r block.
