The best fast food experience I have had in a long time. An extremely friendly lady named Latasha served us. She was so attentive and made sure we had every thing we needed before leaving. the food was fresh. Overall an amazing experience. thank you for what you do Latasha. ❤

Best service I've had from a restaurant. Been to high end places to McDonald's across country and this tops it all. Manager or servers keep check on you need anything they take care of it. Great place to eat

I did an online order that was said to be ready in approximately 10 minutes! I waited around 15 minutes just to be on the safe side, but upon arrival I noticed that the drive thru line was very long. They were super busy! The dining room was closed for cleaning purposes, so I called into the store and Miss. *Latasha was so nice and helpful! She apologized for the wait and took upon herself to take the time out of her busy schedule to bring my food outside to me! I didn’t mind waiting in line, but the fact that she personally brought the food to my vehicle really means a lot! I was beyond thankful for her exceptional service! Thank you!!!

I give them a 100%. Everything was cooked freshed . Just Yummy the GRILLED fish was out of this world. The employees was wonderful. Thanks Guys . Every time I go to Captain D's either personal or job related I also was get speedy - great service. I'm in there a couple times a week for my job.

Placed my order, got in line ( was trapped in drive for 48 minutes ) nobody came out to tell any of the five cars in line they were having some kind of breakdown inside. Employees apologized, retook order, but offered no explanation for delay, no discount, no gift card! Manager should have given order for free, they will lose much more in lost repeat business from me and those other four car. They still got my order wrong!!
