Our food was awesome and our chief was very funny. Our server Hannah was absolutely amazing and was very attentive. Great food and awesome service! Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, awesome food!
Ordered spider roll and crunchy shrimp roll. Both were barley warm. Soup had no hint of miso. Tasted like plain broth. Beer was great.
Went to try the Susi. I have had better. The rice was to wet and the roll was hard to chew. Also there was not many pieces. You only get 6. I have the spicy tuna and california roll.
I had Umi’s for lunch on 04/10 I usually love coming here but this time was very disappointing. I loved the cook he was funny and the food was great! So 5/5 for the food and the cook. But unfortunately when we got our drinks I noticed a roach on the grill, my mother killed it. We were very polite about the entire situation even after having a second roach crawl onto the table. the waiter came for the 2nd bug to swipe on the menu because I trapped in in a bowl (but it wasn’t easy because the table is thick so the bug could have fell out). And when I told the manager she acted like it was no big deal and so did the waiter. In most restaurants the manager would have came out apologized, here they make it seem like your fault. I paid full price and left a good tip because I know it sucks to spend an hour working on a table and tips be bad. Just needs improvement on customer service and cleanliness.
