My original review is from 2 years ago, I haven't had a chance to go back but my wife and I still think about this place all the time.nStopped here with family while in town for vacation. It was absolutely incredible. We had the Sweet Thang and Simply Spinach with grilled chicken. Service was quick and everything was made to perfection. 6/5 stars. If you want pizza in Florence, this is where you should be.

I have always thought you should not make your impression on just one visit, but I think in this case it is justified because there will not be another visit. When we arrived we were told there would be a 15 min. waiting period, OK. 30 min later we ask if we could wait at the bar, OK. As soon as we got to the bar our table was ready. We gave our order (one pizza for the four of us). It was an hour and a half before we finally got the pizza, the toppings where piled in the middle, with a 2 inch border around the outside with nothing on it. I will not repeat this experience, there are too many good pizza places in Florence.

First of all, they sell pizzas, not american pie. I had never been there and I was surprised, but not disappointed. Everything we ordered came quickly, and the food was great! I recommend the s'mores pie, because it was awesome.

Best pizza we have had in Florence! Excellent crust with the right amount of chew and crisp. Good food, atmosphere and service.

Every time I go to the one in Florence. I have to wait to be seated. Then I have to wait for my sever who never is interested in serving me. Today I went in and had 3 employees walk by me and only one acknowledged me. Stood there for 5 minutes and was never seated, so I left. There food is great, but getting tired of the horrible service.
