Always enjoy the peaceful park, watching the ducks and listening to the fountain. A little getaway from the daily hassle.
My husband and I have always loved taking our boys to the Duck Park. Our oldest is 11 and our youngest is 3. We love that the money paid to get food for the animals good back into the park. My husband grew up in Limestone County and has come to the park since he was a child too. I fell in love with it the first time he brought us 11 years ago. Very beautiful.
The park itself was great. The ducks are amazing, the problem was a large great dane that got loose from his leash, and attacked a poor duck while other adults and children could only watch. park would get a 5 star. The experience a 1. Poor duck and poor kids.
Nice walking place. And if you have kids there is a play ground
