I had a wonderful experience with 5 Star Locksmith. I was told he would arrive in 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes, on the dot. He had my car opened within a minute. He then made me two spare car keys in a matter of minutes. All very reasonably priced. He even explained how my insurance company may reimburse me, which wouldn’t have occurred to me to check. This was my first time locking myself out of my car and, thanks to this company, it was a painless experience.
Ty arrived quickly, was very professional, and very kind. He quickly got the door opened and made us an extra key. He had the best price as well. I would highly recommend 5 Star Locksmith.
I called 5 star because they were local to me and he showed up amazingly fast and helped me program my car key. Turns out the key I purchased from the internet was defective and would only lock and unlock the doors, but not start it. He had a key in stock and had me fixed up in less than 30 Min. This was a project that I had spent almost two hours on for the last two days. Next time I’ll just call him to do it right and save time.
Our cars ignition are would not allow the key to turn and the dealership said there was nothibg they could do to help. Thankfully to the skill and knowledge of the team there at A 5 Star Locksmith the ignition was able to be fixed and repaired good as new. Before we went there the car was fully unusable. Now we have it back and couldnt be happier. Thank you so much A 5 Star locksmith team!
Absolutely awesome. I called after 6:30 at night just to get in line for a morning visit to unlock my car, but he said he was just 8 minutes away and could go ahead and head this way. He was here in 8 minutes, had the car unlocked in the time it took me to get my credit card out of the house, and bid me a cheerful good evening. Perfect.
