The Shoals Shack is a must visit if anywhere close to Florence and worth taking a detour to eat there regardless. Salmon BLT and Shrimp Po Boy were awesome. Bread pudding is excellent! Fries were hot and tasty. It is carry out only, but service was quick and order of 4 meals plus sides was spot on. Highly recommended and if the number people picking up food is any indication, I am not the only person giving it a big thumbs up.
Super friendly staff and amazing food. New favorite burger in Florence. I got the Sugar and Spice burger with a side of sweet potato fries. Absolutely perfect amount of spice on the burger, don’t normally like bread and butter pickles, but the worked on this burger. Fries were seasoned perfectly. Everything was made fresh and tasted fresh. Definitely will be a new regular spot for me.
Me and my dad tried it for lunch and liked it so much we came back for dinner! A ton of options and variety. Not just the same regular food you're used to seeing. There are some really unique options and specials here that make this place stand out from most restaurants in this area. Great place that I hope succeeds in this area which needs more spots like this.
I love the Shoals Shack! Everything I have ordered has been so good and fresh! Friendly and fast service. A wonderful addition to our hometown!
Amazing food from unassuming roadside shack.nI suggested this place after seeing a review on Yelp. Convinced my husband to drive us from Muscle Shoals to St. Florian tonight to try it out. He had the Bella Burger and I had the Cuban. Definitely recommend. Will be back.
