The line is long right now - I think it's because they've recently renovated and people are excited to try it. My husband thinks they're hamburgers and fries are the best for fast food restaurant. I braved the Long line yesterday to surprise him and was not disappointed. I was able to download the app in line and place my order online which would have expedited the process had the cup not broken for my daughter's milkshake. I think if more customers would use the online ordering the line wouldn't be so long. I don't want their business to decline but I think they need to create a process so that the line doesn't extend into the main road, which is both a nuisance and hazard.
This morning was poorest service ever!!nWaited on drive fairly prompt, but fine in was awful!!nIt was like we were ignored. Not like Jack's typically is.nDid not see any regular employees.nMaybe they need more training or at least manager teach them to acknowledge customers.
Jack's Petersviile,Al Cloverdale Rd. Location ordered online one Big Jack no mayo and two two hamburgers with fries with no pickles. Big Jack had mayo and one of the hamburgers had pickles on them. I'm allergic to mayo that's why I requested no mayo. Please train your employees to listen and read there orders better.
First time going to the new updated building and I loved it. The chicken sandwich was awesome as always!
I have always loved Jack's, they remodeled it & its BEAUTIFUL, I was in a hurry & didnt get to stay but a min but staff was very friendly
